The villa features comfortable sleeping spaces with air conditioning, ceiling fans, fresh linens, TV access, Wi-Fi, closets, clean interiors, and modern bathroom areas with towels and essential amenities included.
Ana’s Bay Villas is a non-smoking property. Guests are expected to respect the villa, follow all house rules, avoid loud parties, unauthorized events, excessive visitors, and any activity that may disturb the peaceful island environment. This private vacation rental is best suited for families, couples, and responsible small groups looking for a clean, relaxing, and comfortable stay in Caye Caulker.
Cancellation & Reservation Policy
Refund, Cancellation & Reservation Policy
At Ana’s Bay Villas, we encourage all guests to review our reservation and cancellation terms before confirming their stay. Rates may vary depending on the season, travel dates, length of stay, and availability. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, and the remaining balance must be completed according to the booking agreement.
A full refund may be available if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before check-in. For cancellations made 14 to 29 days before check-in, a cancellation fee may apply. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused nights. Reservation date changes are subject to availability and owner approval. If the new dates have a different rate, guests may be responsible for any price difference.
Refunds, credits, or date adjustments due to natural disasters, severe weather, government travel restrictions, transportation interruptions, or other major unexpected events may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the situation, availability, and reservation conditions.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests are responsible for reviewing all booking details, house rules, payment terms, and cancellation conditions before confirming their stay.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip against unexpected cancellations, delays, illness, weather events, transportation issues, or travel interruptions.
