1. How do I confirm my reservation at Ana’s Bay Villas?
To secure your reservation at Ana’s Bay Villas, the full reservation amount must be paid according to the booking instructions provided by our team. A refundable security deposit may also be required. This deposit is returned within 7–10 days after check-out, as long as there are no damages, missing items, or violations of the house rules.
2. What is the cancellation policy for Ana’s Bay Villas?
Our cancellation policy is designed to protect the property’s availability and maintain a fair booking calendar. Cancellations made more than 90 days before check-in are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total reservation cost. Cancellations made between 90 and 31 days before check-in are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in are non-refundable.
3. Can I change my reservation dates after booking?
Date change requests may be reviewed depending on availability. However, any request to change dates made within 90 days of the original arrival date may be treated as a cancellation, and the corresponding cancellation fees will apply. 4. What happens if I do not arrive on my scheduled check-in date?
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be considered a no-show. No refund will be issued, and the booking will be treated as canceled. Ana’s Bay Villas is not responsible for travel delays, personal emergencies, weather conditions, illness, transportation issues, or other unexpected events affecting the guest’s travel plans.
